I agree that plenty of Christians have a persecution complex, but there is some persecution against Christians in many parts of the world (especially many parts of the middle east and Asia). I think it should be called out when it happens, regardless of what religion/race/nationality/whatever the target is. I doubt we'll ever see the end of persecution in our lifetimes, but overlooking it definitely won't help to end it.
