It's very hard because my mind hates it when I lose weight.

- When I exercise rigorously, my mind tells me that I need to eat to recover fully. I end up eating more calories than I burnt during the workout.

- When I lose weight, I find that I'm much more negative and I have to constantly remind myself that it is the weight loss (and the lack of eating).

I still do it because I think being light is better for my back and knees than being heavy, but I can't say that it is easy.
