Edit: P.S. should have mentioned that they historically have been an ASP[.NET] oriented product, an important detail I forgot about.

I'm assuming that is some default info - but that seems rather poor design. It does get it right but then goes back to the wrong info again on other pages. SupportDetails has always worked for me in the past.
