		We just moved to the US and are an early startup with pre-seed funding with no other employees. The cheapest option seems to be a travel/expat insurance from our home country. What health insurance plan do you use as an early stage founder only startup?

Agree. www.healthcare.gov If you get confused during the sign-up, call on the phone. They have very good phone agents that understand the policies and can give you advice on the best one for your situation.
