Title was "What You Need to Know About The Rise in U.S. Mass Shootings," but seemed to only tell me "number of mass shootings go up" and "lack of consensus on what qualifies as a mass shooting." The title I saw on HN, "U.S. Mass Shootings on Rise No Matter How You Define Them", seems way more appropriate for an article that never even tries to get into determining causal factors or solutions.
