Doesn't seem likely with BEM, but Tailwind could likely make this possible.

I use Bootstrap (137KB before compression on my website) only because I am not a frontend developer, and I don't know how to make websites responsive with plain CSS. If I knew how to do that reliably, I'd happily throw it away because I don't need anything besides text that looks good on mobiles and desktop screens.
