The dated UI is the main reason why I am reluctant to use the best free RSS reader (in my opinion). So I decided to bring the new Google styling to the Reader.

I was not satisfied with the result compared to the Reeder application (Mac only), so I reworked the style until it had some Reeder functionality.

I would be very thankful if you could have a look at the style and give me some feedback. Don't be afraid to call my baby ugly. I want to have the best usability for my most used web-app. I have been using this style for the past 2 weeks and it works for me, but if there are improvements (or bugs) please let me know.

To get to the Reeder layout use the keys "U" or "F" + "2"
