We can hope that Microsoft will require _bing_nomap as their suffix, While Apple will be more privacy-minded and require _yesapplemaps to be added if you wish to opt-in. Opting out of Google while opting into MS and Apple scanning is left as an exercise to the reader.

Apple already does that and based on what I found there is no way for your router to opt out.
