Using microG isn't hacking or abusing Google service, and "suspicious" is not enough for an account to be blocked, at least permanently. What'd be ethical? Google can permanently ban accounts for any reason and they do.

Yes, but if you can show systematic discrimination or anticompetitive practice, then they can no longer hide behind "any reason"
