Because I think requiring us to tack on a 30% tax or for the devs to take a 30% loss on something Apple has nothing to do with is also unacceptable.

Technically only buying Vbucks is an “in app purchase”, using the Vbucks to buy a skin would not be.

But I agree that’s a bit pedantic
