People are just not going to go through download/installation/browser configuration hoops. So you've got to figure out how to make the demos run without "Java 1.5.X" (but not 1.6) on "Windows XP", using "only Windows Media Player". That requirement list is just too restrictive.

I agree. Is the solution to rewrite it in Apollo Flash? (There may be the same problems that Java Web Start has had).
