Its funny that ECMA website is not more modern. Maybe they are too busy with the spec to change it. Who knows?

It's a site read by a bunch of programmers. Why does it need to be pretty? We can read lightly styled text quite easily. It's how most engineers I know prefer their
technical documentation.
