Doing the HOW is not the bottleneck, but rather determining (rigorously enough) the WHAT that is the bottleneck.

Let's just say that, in many cases, we have gotten so good at the HOW that it's true.

I prefer to say:

SUCCESS = WHAT * HOW

Neither can approach 0.
