NH is near Boston (lots of medical research going on there). With more more lax business taxes.

Regarding so much innovation from one man, his company DEKA has a few hundred engineers.

That is impressive. I feel like i need an overlay of the US to see where and how much he deviates. But what projection [0] to compare to.

Dean Kamen: DEKA and FIRST Robotics [0]

Ignoring the non medical DEKA products (Segway) I think DEKA and FIRST (particularly FIRST) should have much more PR. Maybe you could argue ambition, but I still feel like mentioning these two organizations.

I know you are talking about hobby/consumer level printing here but it is entirely possible to print things other than little plastic junk. Metal SLS printing is very capable today.[1] Printing materials such as tungsten would make a very capable (however impractically expensive) bullet.

Note: http://i.imgur.com/DVWCxty.png Tree style tab. and Nav on title bar. Lots of vertical pixels available.

Oh my fucking god, where can I get this?

You can move the nav buttons yourself: right click on a toolbar -> Customize.

I got the addon working, but I can't seem to make the nav and the title bar collapse. Does this only work in the unstable builds?

I wonder if this is not available on my platform (MacOS).

Even I got the same result. But this seem to do the job: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hide-caption-...

Edit: aah got it. The OP mentioned that you have to use 'Nav bar on title bar' extension along with tree style tabs.
