Kudos to the author for tackling this huge and controversial topic.

Read first several chapters and picked up the impression that the author doesn't put enough effort to point out how the processes/practices can (and should) be completely different depending on the circumstances. If a startup tries to use the same processes as Google or Facebook, it'll be dead in the water. If SpaceX engineers write software the same way as SnapChat does it, we will never see their rockets leaving launch pads.
