i can't move across the street because there is no vacancy because it's a superior spot and the landlord is charging a premium because they know that even though there is one hundred strip malls within a few mile radius thanks to the gluttonous supply enabled by LVT that i don't wanna move to an inferior spot. negotiation negated.
whatever you do, don't quit your job to start a business thinking that will give you freedom and autonomy. if you believe you are called to make art, in whatever form, you have a moral obligation to make that art. aka find a boring corporate job where you can slack hella hard and work on your craft during company time.
also don't expect your art to pay your rent, because then your work will follow the market and it will suck. your spirit will suffer, too.
idk maybe you should try curiously reading about the experiences of other people rather than belittling them/projecting your insecurities onto them. these people are earnestly sharing their experiences, including anecdotes about how they struggle to relate in small talk with non-entrepreneuers, and here you are ironically unable to relate, proving the point. in a comically toxic manner.
