I just used the official docs and guides they had on the website, they seemed pretty good to me. I might have googled a few extra things, but can't really remember, I just remember it being pretty straightforward. I remember they pointed out a number of things you had to take care of.
That is pretty much what they are doing right now in my state. Packets can be downloaded every two weeks, or picked up if they do not have access. Teacher does a zoom with the class a minimum of twice a week.
But with everyone WFH, making time to work with and teach your kids is difficult. At least young students..
My wife's classroom can barely get magic markers. And we are in a semi nice middle class area. The laptops the district provided for the teachers to use for remote learning can not even handle having MS Teams and Zoom running at the same time.
Im sure this is solvable, yes, but it would take a lot of planning, lots of training, money and lots of IT.
I am glad they got something in place and are trying to do the best they can with what they had. But wow, parents are frustrated.

Yes, you can run apache spark as a single node really easily. Then once its running you can fire up the Scala or Python shell that it comes with. After that, it is just a matter of issuing the statements to setup the data set then issues queries against it.
Still, it seems like a lot of work. My case was that I just wanted to feed JSON document into some mechanism that will give me back what I want. I wouldn't like to embed whole Spark framework into my app. I will read about it though :)
It's always seemed really expensive for what it is. I've looked up some family members, and all they really have is badly digitized scans of public documents that some library made available.
How little of this type of thing exists in any searchable format other than driving to a library and finding somebody who knows how microfiche works is very frustrating.
Assuming one byte per character, you'd have to have a 17 character password before you're using multiple blocks. For any password shorter than that, this cipher is pretty much operating in ECB mode due to the re-used IV.
Put it in context, is it ever acceptable to have all your activity publicly logged? Keybase isn’t forward secure, so so disclosure of your keys later leads to complete availability of your cleartext.
IMhO, Keybase is adequate to protect against spying from ISPs, Ad agencies, journalists, etc but doesn't offer resistance against a formidable foe like a state actor, but then neither does most of the devices on which Signal is run.
I'd love to hear more as it doesn't match my experience. Among the oh-so-many IM apps I use, Keybase is my favorite as it's transparently cross platform, isn't tied to a phone [number], and the usability is good IMO.
